In keeping with their tradition, Brian and Jodi Harsany have once again brought their unique culinary talents to Orange Beach. Chef Brian Navarro

, Executive Chef, originally from New Orleans, got his start in the kitchen at an early age growing up in a family run restaurant. Never one to shy away, he continues to experiment with different cuisines and love of cooking is evident in every dish he touches. His culinary flarebrings a fun and casual vibe which sets the tone for this family, friendly restaurant.

Chef Kip Dixon

, Sous Chef, a native of Mobile, has been in the kitchen for over 20 years and has cooked all over from Boston to Key West. His love of the Gulf Coast and seafood compliments his southern twist on all his creations. He is excited to be back on the coast where he brings a positive energy to GTs On The Bay that can be felt throughout the restaurant.
