Chef Damion Hunt

Chef Damion Hunt, Executive Chef, is originally from Jamaica, has over 15 years in the restaurant business. He enjoys our working environment and the opportunity to grow and learn new culinary skills. He likes Gulf Coast food, but also enjoys using his cultural flair in order to fuse different flavors in his daily specials.

Chef Bryan Jensen

Chef Bryan Jensen, Sous Chef, is known for creating unforgettable dining experiences through the artful fusion of flavors, textures, and cultural influences. Born and raised in Orange Beach, AL, Chef Jensen developed an early fascination with food inspired by the rich culinary heritage of his upbringing. He has been with our restaurant family since 2011, working at our sister restaurant, Cobalt the Restaurant. Chef Bryan joined us here at GTs on the Bay in 2022. He loves experimenting with Asian cuisine and cultivating these elements into the dishes here at GTs.
